Chris Hirons is a degree level qualified Sports Therapist and a level 3 fitness trainer with over 10 years experience in the health, fitness and injury management industry. Chris Hirons - N10 Injury Clinic

Chris provides effective training and treatment to individuals requiring a variety of health and fitness desires from weight management and conditioning to sports specific training to rehabilitating athlete’s to return to full competitive competition. Chris has also been involved on the management side of the health and fitness industry and managed international corporate clubs, marketed fitness products and designed studio classes.

Chris is was previously on the medical staff at Watford F.C and worked closely with academy scholars and semi professional players looking to break through into professional football.

In the summer of 2010 Chris became the head of the medical team for the International Football Development Academy (IFDA) based in Cheshire where he works along side coaches from professional clubs such as Manchester United, Liverpool and Wigan Athletic

On his most recent residential week with IFDA in August 2016, Chris worked closely with South African u20’s and Spain under u16 internationals as well as treating youth and academy players from countries all over the world including Mexico, Iceland, Italy, USA, Norway, Ireland and France.

Outside sport Chris has worked back stage providing massage therapy to the artists and crew at Hard Rock Calling and Wireless festivals in Hyde Park, London with line-ups featuring Bon Jovi, The Killers, Pulp, Bruno Mars, Ray Davies, The Hives and Grace Jones.
